Business Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and facilitate seamless communication between teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of documenting business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering and Documenting Requirements: The Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the Transaction Banking Channel in English.
  • Collaboration and Communication: The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, including subject matter experts who provide input in Japanese, to understand and validate current business processes.
  • Facilitating Communication: The Business Analyst will facilitate effective communication between Japanese-speaking and English-speaking teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
  • Workshops and Meetings: The candidate will conduct workshops, meetings, and discussions to capture insights, clarify requirements, and resolve any gaps.
  • Documenting Business Knowledge: The Business Analyst will translate business knowledge into clear, actionable documentation for project delivery teams.
  • Supporting Testing Activities: The successful candidate will support testing activities by validating requirements and ensuring that deliverables meet business expectations.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging communication across languages to ensure smooth project execution.
