Industrial Operations Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill an Industrial Operations role. In this position, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our plant equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate production activities and inspect plant equipment to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to minimize downtime.
  • Audit and inspect maintenance programs to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Develop training programs and support workshop administration to enhance employee skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to fabricate/modify tools and inspect quality of repairs and new equipment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 2-5 years' experience in maintenance and repair of heavy machinery.
  • Expertise in diagnostics, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Familiarity with multiple equipment types is a plus.
