Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Programme Executive to join our Centralised Programme Coordination Team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering programmes that make a positive impact on the community.

Responsibilities
  • Programme Planning and Delivery: Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the community.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement.
  • New Programmes and Services: Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
  • Programme Evaluation: Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes.
  • Improvement Initiatives: Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
  • Stakeholder Communications: Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
  • Volunteer Management: Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
  • Resource Management: Manage programme budgets and resources.
  • Partnerships: Work with other organisations to execute programmes.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Any Discipline
  • Experience in Programme Coordination, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting.
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of SGD 2600 - SGD 3500 per month, depending on experience.
