Job Opportunity: Strategic Digital Transformation LeaderThis position is ideal for a seasoned professional with expertise in digital transformation, process optimization, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading projects focused on digitalization, analytics, and automation initiatives.About the Job:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate the rollout of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across multiple sites and share best practices to improve regional performance.
  • The successful candidate will assist in developing technical training programs and skills matrices, represent process and quality requirements in infrastructure planning and commissioning, and monitor internal performance indicators to support improvement efforts.
  • Candidates should have a degree in Engineering or Data Science and at least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the chemical industry.
  • A proven track record in digitalization and automation projects, as well as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Continuous Improvement certification, is preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support strategic projects focused on APAC digitalization, analytics, and automation initiatives.
  • Coordinate the rollout of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across multiple sites.
  • Share best practices and contribute to regional Gap Assessments.
  • Assist in developing technical training programs and skills matrices.
  • Represent process and quality requirements in infrastructure planning and commissioning for new installations.
  • Monitor internal performance indicators and support improvement efforts.
  • Participate in integrated audits and maturity assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, and supply chain.
