Infrastructure Service Delivery Expert

The Infrastructure Service Delivery Expert will be responsible for delivering essential enterprise level infrastructure services to Public Service agencies and non-Government entities.

They will handle and manage data centre and server room operations through effective management of network infrastructure and vital components to maintain service continuity.

The ideal candidate will have a broad and deep technical expertise across multiple domains, best practices and technologies.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering enterprise level infrastructure services.
  • Managing data centre and server room operations.
  • Executing new initiatives and enhancements using network and server technologies.
  • Collaborating with team leaders and outsourced service providers to plan, manage and deliver infrastructure service projects.
  • Designing and implementing Infrastructure solutions considering existing and future needs.
  • Managing procurement cycles from budget preparation to vendor selection and invoice verification.
  • Developing expenditure forecasts and tracking utilisation.
  • Serving as the point-of-contact for Infrastructure team for new projects and initiatives.
