We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to spearhead our in-room dining services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, promoting French excellence, and driving business growth.

  • Develop and execute daily role-play and training to meet and exceed expectations/target in quality audit compliances.
  • Lead hands-on daily operations to identify improvement areas and service gaps, establishing solid action plans to achieve desired results.

Operations Management

The Operational Excellence Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our in-room dining team, ensuring seamless execution of all brand standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing operations through proper scheduling, assigning duties based on business levels, and maintaining high levels of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Ensuring proper shift handling and hand-over, including finance/cashiering procedures, preparation of mise en place, and key operational matters updates.
  • Conducting daily briefings with training/role-plays to ensure the team is informed and prepared of key operational matters and expectations.

Training and Human Resources

The successful candidate will also be responsible for coaching, motivating, educating, training, counseling, disciplining, and mentoring a team to deliver service and product standards. This includes:

  • Identifying and implementing training plans to further develop the team and ensure succession planning is in place.
  • Leading by example through a passionate, hands-on approach.
  • Demonstrating a good working relationship with other departments, with a high level of communication and cooperation in the interests of service and improvement in the working conditions of the department.
