Job Description:
We are seeking a talented researcher to join our team as an Autonomous Driving Researcher. The successful candidate will lead the development of AI-driven end-to-end autonomous driving algorithms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI-driven end-to-end autonomous driving algorithms
- Conduct simulation, test rig set-up, and experimental validation
Requirements:
- PhD Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Strong background in end-to-end autonomous driving, foundation models, and reinforcement learning
- Relevant research or working experience in autonomous driving and reinforcement learning, foundation models
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to contribute to Journal/Conference papers with good presentation skills
- Ability to plan and organize well and adhere to deadlines
