Job Title: Intelligent Behavior Research Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of intelligent autonomous driving behavior. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with a passionate team.

Job Description

We are looking for a researcher who can leverage advanced contemporary methods in learning, prediction, and planning under uncertainty to improve our current behavior and decision-making stack. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, developing, and translating methods at the frontier of learning, prediction, and planning.

  • Research and Development: Develop and translate methods at the frontier of learning, prediction, and planning to improve our current behavior and decision-making stack.
  • Performance Evaluation: Develop rigorous performance evaluation of developed intelligent behavior modules and benchmarking with existing best-in-class methods.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Master or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. They should have deep knowledge and practical experience with AI and learning-based approaches (e.g. deep learning, reinforcement learning, transformer) for prediction, planning, or decision-making.

  • AI and Learning-Based Approaches: Deep knowledge and practical experience with AI and learning-based approaches.
  • Programming Skills: Excellent C/C++ and/or Python programming skills.
  • Development Environment: Knowledge of Linux and development on Linux systems.
  • Robotics and Autonomous Systems: Experience in development, application, or simulation of robotics and autonomous systems will be a plus.
