Develop a state-of-the-art behavior and decision-making stack for autonomous vehicles with our cutting-edge research team.

About the Position

We are a high-tech startup specializing in autonomous driving solutions. Our team is passionate about putting autonomous vehicles on public roads, and we're looking for a researcher to help us improve our behavior and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement novel methods for learning, prediction, and planning under uncertainty to enhance our current behavior.
  • Evaluate the performance of developed intelligent behavior modules and benchmark them against existing best-in-class methods.
  • Collaborate with the team to efficiently implement, test, and validate algorithms in AV simulation environments and on real vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Master or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with AI-based approaches like deep learning, reinforcement learning, and transformers for prediction, planning, or decision-making.
  • Excellent C/C++ and/or Python programming skills.
  • Knowledge of Linux and development on Linux systems.
  • Experience in robotics and autonomous systems will be an asset.
