Job Title: Corporate Training Manager

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • To assist the management team in planning and coordinating corporate activities.
  • To manage Company Action Plans, review and monitor progress as Corporate Coordinator.
  • To oversee Group educational systems, training programs, materials and content creation.
  • To be the organizer for Company Awards Ceremony and Regional Events such as cross-country physical site visits.
  • To act as the administrator for Microsoft SharePoint Platform Management.
  • To lead the Digital Transformation Working Group within the organization.
  • To provide support with MS Power Point presentation deck preparation when required.
  • Business trips to other countries may be necessary for business purposes.
  • To contribute to innovation and participate in reviews of corporate policies and procedures.
  • To communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to ensure all communications are undertaken efficiently.

Digital Transformation involves implementing safety training programs, staff training, and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires civil construction experience, including coordination roles, to support the management team in providing oversight on company action plan items and regional-wide educational systems, training content creation, and training program coordination. Additionally, the person will act as the main organizer for Company Awards Ceremony and Regional Events, such as cross-country physical site visits, and act as the administrator for Microsoft SharePoint Platform Management, leading the Digital Transformation Working Group.

A diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is required. Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate planning in building construction & construction activities, including coordination roles, is essential.
