**Learning and Development Lead Role:**

Job Description:

As a Learning and Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions that meet the needs of our business. This role requires strong analytical and project management skills to lead the Business & Banking Faculty and oversee program quality, curriculum, and course content.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop learning solutions for business, risk, and credit topics
  • Facilitate workshops on corporate banking fundamentals and financial statement analysis
  • Partner with internal experts to deliver learning sessions
  • Identify and manage external vendors for learning solutions
  • Create training platforms and content for business, risk, and credit topics
  • Evaluate learning solution effectiveness and quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in learning design and delivery in a mid-to-large scale regional set-up, preferably in finance
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking products and credit risk assessment
  • Ability to perform analysis and identify metrics for learning outcomes
  • Possess strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
