Patisserie Professional Opportunity

Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, responsible for crafting an array of breakfast pastries, artisanal breads, rolls, and delectable desserts. They will also be expected to create innovative products for our menus on a rotating basis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake breakfast pastries, artisanal breads, rolls, and desserts
  • Create new products for menus
  • Decorate baked goods using a pastry bag
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels and ensure proper storage and refrigeration
  • Minimize waste by ordering and utilizing optimal quantities and rotating products
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with recipes and ingredients
  • Knowledge of food safety and cooking procedures
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong housekeeping and inventory management skills
  • Excellent baking and sanitation techniques
