  • Proven expertise in project management, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in managing tender processes, contractor negotiations, and contract administration, ensuring cost-effective and quality-driven project delivery.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with AutoCAD for design purposes is an added advantage.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive project teams and contractors.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach, good analytical capabilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
