Job Title: Fleet Management Coordinator

About the Role:

Fleet Management Coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of company assets. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our vehicle fleet. This includes coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records of vehicle movements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Vehicle Storage Spaces: Ensure efficient use of storage space by implementing effective inventory management systems.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Oversee the check-in and check-out of vehicles, maintaining accurate records of vehicle movements.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Update data into Google Sheets for reporting and tracking purposes.
  • Inspect and Quote Bodywork: Inspect vehicles for damage and provide quotes for repairs.
  • Swap Replacement Cars: Issue replacement cars as approved by the workshop/salesperson.
  • Monitor and Approve Parts Quotations: Review and approve parts quotations from suppliers.
  • Arrange VICOM Inspections: Schedule inspections for vehicles to ensure compliance with regulations.


Requirements:
  • Valid Class 3 Driving License: Required for safe transportation of company assets.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Sheets preferred for data entry and analysis.
  • Relevant Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Minimum Qualification: O Level qualification and above required.
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days per week.


Desirable Skills:
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Inventory Management: Experience with inventory management software preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
