About the Role

As an E-commerce Operation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform. Your primary responsibility will be to process user reservation-related data and promptly address and resolve various data issues.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing daily operational data and statistics, assisting superiors in problem-solving, and regularly proposing optimization plans. Additionally, you will perform domain-related data checks, processing, and analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Your duties will include resolving after-sales issues, including domain backend operations and customer service-related problems. You will also coordinate and communicate across departments to provide actionable improvement suggestions and complete product data processing and user feedback tasks.

Furthermore, you will handle domain reservation requests, conduct detailed data reporting and analysis, identify root causes, and propose solutions. Participation in system optimization and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and user experience is also expected.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of responsibility, good expression and communication skills, and a sense of teamwork. A Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field is required, as well as more than 1 year of working experience in the Internet, e-commerce industry or platform enterprise.

PREFERRED MAJORS: English, foreign trade, computer, Internet, marketing, e-commerce. Strong learning ability, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for the industry are essential.

We require good data analysis skills and strong insight, with the ability to make optimization suggestions for work processes and maintain feedback. Fluent English & Chinese communication skills are necessary to liaise with key stakeholders.
