Job Title: BIM Systems Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM systems specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for creating detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed MEP system drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure proper MEP system design and integration.
  • Update drawings based on feedback and changes in the project.
  • Ensure designs meet building codes, specifications, and regulations.
  • Provide technical support during installation and conduct site visits when needed.
  • Develop mechanical & electrical systems and designs, co-ordinate building services layouts, manage drawing registers and standards.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree or diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or a related field.
  • Possess a certificate in BIM Revit.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excel in AutoCAD skills.
  • Be able to start within short notice.
