Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Cost Control Expert to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled financial analysts who wish to develop their skills in cost control and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day financial tasks and basic analysis for assigned projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Prepare and send accurate customer invoices, support communication with customers and vendors, and maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
  • Support the preparation of financial records and simple reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in reviewing financial results, preparing schedules or variance notes as guided by senior staff, and provide support during budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Verify vendor invoices for accuracy and proper documentation before processing, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth financial processes, prioritize and complete assigned tasks and projects within given timelines, and provide support to auditors and other external stakeholders with required documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional qualifications like CA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA are advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Some prior experience or internship in finance/accounting or cost control is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
