Senior Financial Analyst

The role involves preparing and overseeing the cost of goods manufactured and inventory monthly close, analyzing actuals with forecasts, and budgets. This position requires a detail-oriented professional to evaluate the difference between actual and standard costs, coordinate budget expenses with related departments, and prepare analytical reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Close Process: Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end closing activities, including analysis of variances and identification of areas for process improvement.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of actual costs versus standard costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and presenting findings to management.
- Budgeting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS) and internal control policies, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Audit Support: Provide assistance to internal and external auditors during quarterly and annual audits, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce operating costs, and enhance overall organizational performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP and strong analytical skills
