Job Title: Sommelier Trainee

Role Summary

  • They will educate guests about the cultural significance and flavor profiles of makgeolli, offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
  • The trainee will assist in maintaining and monitoring makgeolli inventory, ensuring proper storage conditions and freshness of products.
  • They will participate in training FOH staff on makgeolli basics, improving the team's overall knowledge and service skills.
  • The trainee will recommend makgeolli pairings that complement the restaurant's dishes, suggesting additional beverages to enhance sales and customer enjoyment.
  • They will help organize and participate in makgeolli tasting events or promotional activities, introducing guests to different varieties and encouraging brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional beverage service with a focus on makgeolli.

Requirements
