Beverage Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beverage Service Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage Preparation & Service:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and soft drinks, to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Mix drinks based on standard recipes or custom requests from customers.
- Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Recommend beverage options based on customer preferences and provide exceptional service to create a memorable experience.
- Customer Interaction:
- Engage with guests in a warm and welcoming manner, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Handle special requests or complaints promptly and professionally, providing solutions to meet customer expectations.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor bar stock levels and restock as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Receive and inspect incoming stock, reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Assist in monthly stocktaking and reporting, providing accurate and timely information to support business decisions.
- Cleanliness & Safety:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, tools, and glassware, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Follow all relevant regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for colleagues and customers alike.
- Regularly wipe down bar counters and ensure a clean and tidy workspace.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with service crew and other team members to deliver exceptional service and support to customers.
- Assist with simple food and beverage serving tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
