* Managing the director's calendar, including appointments and meetings

* Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials

* Coordinating team meetings and events

* Prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively

* Assisting with expense tracking, budgeting, and financial documentation

* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion

* Performing other related duties as assigned
