HR Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to partner with HODs and Team Leads to drive the end-to-end recruitment process.

The successful candidate will administer Talent Acquisition Forms, source and interview candidates, prepare salary proposals, and manage the onboarding and offboarding process.

This role involves collaborating with various agencies to enhance our branding, recruitment channels, and pipeline to support current and future human capital needs.

Additionally, the successful candidate will handle all employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, performance improvement plans, and other concerns related to employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Partner with HODs and Team Leads to drive business objectives
  • Provide timely advice on HR policies and procedures
  • Facilitate staff engagement sessions and handle work pass applications/renewals
  • Participate in performance management reviews and HRIS implementation

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of HR experience in HR Business Partnering
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous with high degree of initiative and resourcefulness
  • Self-driven, able to multitask with good time management
