Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our recruitment efforts and manage HR operations. This role requires a proactive and versatile individual who can drive talent acquisition, ensure accurate workforce reporting, and strengthen HR processes.

As a Senior HR Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Managing subsidiaries HR reporting, including headcount, workforce cost, turnover, and recruitment activity.
  • Overseeing the performance management cycle, including goal-setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews.
  • Providing guidance on compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking and equity-related programs.
  • Supporting HR operations, including administrative tasks, employee engagement initiatives, and office support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analytics.
  • Mandarin language skills required for engagement with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
