Early Childhood Educator for Preschool Programmes

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team of early childhood professionals. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a warm, caring approach to teaching young children.

As an inspiring role model with a positive mindset, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment that promotes learning and development for children aged 14 months to 4 years old.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Planning and delivering preschool programs that cater to the diverse needs of each child;
  • Supervising and implementing programs in accordance with school policies, philosophy, guidelines, and framework;
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and addressing their educational and developmental needs individually;
  • Communicating effectively with parents and maintaining a partnership to support each child's growth and development;

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Care Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education;
  • Certifications in Early Childhood Care Education (DPT/CPT/ACECCE/ACEY);
  • Educator qualifications, such as Fundamentals or Certificate in Preschool Teaching;
  • First Aid Certification (an advantage);
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching in a childcare/preschool setup;
  • High tolerance threshold towards children; and
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
