Preschool Chinese Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Preschool Chinese Teacher under the Place-and-Train scheme.

  • This programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required for a career in early childhood education through a blend of classroom learning and hands-on experience.
  • You will receive ongoing feedback, mentorship, and peer support throughout your training.

Job Responsibilities:


You will be responsible for caring for and nurturing children aged 18 months to 6 years, creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment. You will participate in training and practicum while working at the preschool.


Training and Qualifications:

You will be sponsored for a 16-month Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching (Conversion) course. Upon graduation, you will be awarded the DECCE-T qualification and deployed as an Chinese Childcare Teacher.


Requirements:


You must have a minimum Diploma from a local polytechnic (any field). Degree holders are welcome to apply. You must also have a genuine passion for working with young children (18 months to 6 years), strong communication and interpersonal skills, and no prior experience or qualifications in early childhood education required.
