HSEQ Manager Job Opportunity

This is a senior role that oversees health, safety, environment, quality, and ICT projects across the fleet, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of the Safety Management System (ISM, ISPS, MLC) across the fleet
  • Lead investigations of incidents/accidents and recommend preventive measures
  • Develop and enhance cyber security of vessel ICT systems
  • Manage and enhance the company's HSEQ module and ERP-related issues
  • Monitor and analyze HSEQ KPIs, fleet audits, and inspections to improve fleet performance
  • Support certification processes, quality document management, and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on ICT strategies, PMS, dry-docking, and procurement processes
  • Support the rollout of a Mobile App project for LNG and tanker operations
Requirements:
  • Master Mariner (Deck Class 1 CoC) with sailing experience on LNG/LPG (Ammonia) vessels
  • Shore-based experience in a major ship management company or oil major
  • Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, TMSA, SIRE, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BI tools
  • Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
