Senior HSEQ Manager Opportunity

This esteemed role offers a seasoned professional the chance to lead health, safety, environment, quality, and ICT initiatives across a fleet of vessels. As a Senior HSEQ Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and oversee the Safety Management System (ISM, ISPS, MLC) across the fleet.
  • Conduct investigations into incidents/accidents and develop preventive measures.
  • Elevate cyber security of vessel ICT systems.
  • Manage and enhance the company's HSEQ module and ERP-related issues.
  • Analyze HSEQ KPIs, fleet audits, and inspections to improve fleet performance.
  • Support certification processes, quality document management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on ICT strategies, PMS, dry-docking, and procurement processes.
  • Support the rollout of a Mobile App project for LNG and tanker operations.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory qualifications include Master Mariner (Deck Class 1 CoC) with sailing experience on LNG/LPG (Ammonia) vessels.
  • Shore-based experience in a major ship management company or oil major is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, TMSA, SIRE, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BI tools is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
