We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Administrative professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing purchase orders, and coordinating import and export shipment schedules.

You will also be expected to liaise with suppliers and outsourcing partners, place purchase orders, and manage invoicing for local and overseas customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Administrator

You should possess excellent time management skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a strong understanding of administrative procedures. Proficiency in data entry, order processing, and invoicing is also essential.
