We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Manpower Solutions Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic manpower plans to address industry challenges and skills needs.
- Engage with key industry stakeholders, including government agencies and associations, to diagnose gaps and identify opportunities.
- Recommend effective human capital solutions based on industry or enterprise business and manpower needs.
- Support the industry's transformation by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement relevant manpower interventions.
- Cultivate deep understanding of employers' hiring demands and recommend suitable manpower solutions.
- Coordinate with employers on hiring outcomes and monitor sector hiring demand.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates welcome, with on-the-job training provided.
- Awareness of government efforts relating to manpower, workforce, or human capital interventions advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interpret and explain government objectives.
- Experience in industry engagement, account/project management, and/or consultancy roles a bonus.
- Strong networking skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Good project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders or priorities.
Abilities/Aptitudes
- Detail-oriented and strong strategic thinker.
- Able to innovate and possess strong problem-solving capabilities.
