We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Nursing department.
The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance with various tasks, including filing, coordination of mail, monitoring stationery usage, and transport requests.
They will also assist in billing services rendered to residents by nursing service and maintain inventory of consumables through ordering of stocks.
In addition, the Administrative Assistant will participate in various activities organized by the Nursing Home and support entries into the ECCare Suite System.
