We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to oversee the daily operations of our laboratory and ensure compliance with quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead our team and drive excellence in quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • To manage and implement Quality Assurance Programs, reporting to senior leadership.">
  • To supervise all laboratory tests and execute corrective actions as needed to prevent non-conformities related to product, process, and quality system.">
  • To maintain and improve concrete supply quality through proactive measures and identify any issues affecting product, process, and quality system.">
  • To ensure calibration of inspection, measuring, and test equipment that can impact product quality at prescribed intervals.">
  • To train drivers and plant operators on best practices in cube making, slump testing, re-working concrete, and basic concrete knowledge.">
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve laboratory efficiency and productivity.">
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.">
