Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing inspections of food establishments, performing in-house testing, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of food establishments to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Perform quality control checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Prepare accurate and timely inspection reports to inform business decisions.
  • Provide training and guidance to ground operations teams to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and resolve quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of quality control and assurance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new software applications quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or related field.
  • Previous experience in quality control or assurance role in the food industry.
