Service Quality Enhancement Expert

We are seeking an experienced Service Quality Enhancement Expert to join our team at Marina Bay Sands. As a key member of the CX&PI team, your primary responsibility will be to analyze data and identify areas for improvement in our service quality processes.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather insights, conduct analyses, and present findings to inform strategic decisions. Your expertise in service quality enhancement and ability to distill complex information into actionable recommendations will be essential in this role.
