Key Finance Leadership Role

A dynamic, fast-growing pharmaceutical company is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee its accounting operations across the Asia-Pacific region.

The role will be based in Singapore and will report directly into the global Director of Finance. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, collaborating closely with regional management and cross-functional teams including FP&A, IT, Treasury, Supply Chain, and Tax.

Accounting Framework Development
  • Develop and implement an effective accounting framework across APAC, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance with global standards.
  • Oversee and support all regional accounting and tax compliance requirements.
Reporting and Compliance
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy in financial reporting and closing processes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Align regional financial and operational processes with corporate finance leadership.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in senior finance or accounting roles within multinational organizations.
  • CPA qualification with Big 4 audit experience (mandatory).
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin and/or Korean language skills an advantage).
  • Proven experience managing statutory reporting requirements across APAC markets.
  • Strong knowledge of local tax, VAT/GST, CIT, and general APAC accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry (advantage).
  • Previous experience as a regional APAC finance manager (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with NetSuite ERP systems (advantage).
