We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to spearhead our regional financial operations in a shared services environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and internal governance standards, managing month-end and year-end closing processes, and delivering timely and accurate financial reports.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join our team and contribute to our organization's continued growth and success. As a Finance Director, you will be responsible for leading regional finance teams, coordinating with external advisors on tax matters, and analyzing variances to support business decisions.

  • Ensure financial operations and reporting comply with statutory and internal governance standards.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including asset classification and preparation of financial statements.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, analyze variances, and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Lead regional finance teams and coordinate with external advisors on tax matters such as filings.
