Drive business growth as a Senior Manager in Customer Success by leading high-performing teams and developing strategies that exceed performance metrics and annual goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with corporate teams to drive customer success initiatives across APAC.
  • Leading and coaching regional Customer Success teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer check-ins, renewal rates, and renewal bookings.
  • Managing forecasting cadence, including team forecasts, mentoring team members, offering executive support, and managing escalations.
  • Ensuring delivery on operational metrics, including adoption, consumption, usage, and retention across cloud and TS.
  • Driving premier programmatic Customer Success practices, ensuring rapid onboarding, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in customer success.
