Senior Automobile Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Automobile Administrator to join our team at PREMIUM AUTOMOBILES PTE LTD. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that requires strong administrative and accounting skills.
About the Role
As a Senior Automobile Administrator, you will be responsible for generating invoices, preparing and processing car commissions, updating new car inventory, processing new cars registration, and month-end journals. You will also be required to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in administrative work and accounting principles.
Responsibilities
- Generate accurate and timely invoices for sales and services.
- Prepare and process car commissions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Update new car inventory, including pricing and availability information.
- Process new cars registration, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Perform month-end journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks as required.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management, including special projects and reporting tasks.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong administrative and accounting skills, with experience in invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions when faced with complex problems.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of SGD $55,000 per annum, plus benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, and training opportunities. The salary range may vary based on location and industry standards.
