Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance:
    • Install, repair, and maintain doors and gates at residential and commercial properties.
    • Perform technical tasks related to digital locks and security systems at residential and commercial properties.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of digital locks and security systems.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • General Duties:
    • Assist with the assembly and setup of products at customer locations.
    • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and travel logs.
    • Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
Preferred Skills
  • Proven experience in installing and repairing doors, gates, digital locks or similar systems is a plus.
  • Basic technical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • A valid driving license is a requirement.
