Job Description:

As a CCTV Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our integrated security systems. This involves providing corrective maintenance works and activities through various means such as card access systems, CCTV systems, networks, Windows/Linux servers, and other integrated security systems.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that deployed system functionalities are always working condition, providing onsite support for integrated security systems, and performing routine and corrective maintenance, software enhancement, bug fixes, testing, and commissioning to meet contractual requirements.

Additionally, you will perform standby duty after office hours as and when required, attend to ad hoc calls during and after office hours, work as a team to support operations, ensure optimum uptime, and achieve business KPIs.

Furthermore, you will collate reports and checklists of PM works for billing purposes and CM works reports for filing, prepare and update service checklists, monitor spare parts availability to support and meet downtime of systems, and coordinate with sub-contractors and customers on site matters, work schedules, and quality of work.

Other responsibilities include supporting contract administration works, assisting A&A work/VO work for sites during maintenance cycles, and performing other job responsibilities as assigned.
