CCTV System Engineer

Job Overview:

  • This position involves the execution of routine service and maintenance workflow for CCTV systems, ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute a service and maintenance workflow for CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues, maintaining effective communication channels.
  • Mentor a team of service technicians, assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distributing responsibilities.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Provide support to the supervisor in ensuring timely delivery and completion of troubleshooting and service/maintenance of security systems at clients' premises.
  • Ensure that works carried out adhere to relevant health and safety standards.
  • Perform additional technical tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of at least one of the following systems: CCTV System, Access Control System (ACS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS).
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 license is mandatory; owning a car/motorbike is preferred.
  • G50 clearance (Cat2A) for access to military camps for work purposes.
  • Ability and willingness to commit to rotational standby duties for activations outside working hours.
