CCTV Support Specialist Job Overview

This is a full-time position that requires supporting and maintaining CCTV systems, as well as desktops, laptops, workstations, printers, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and repair hardware.
  • Assist specialists in resolving critical issues.
  • Have knowledge of networking/CCTV & bio-metric configuration, which is an added advantage.

A two-wheeler with a license and a mobile phone with an additional SIM slot are mandatory for this role.

Requirements:Essential Skills:
  • CCTV installation and service experience.
  • Hardware technician skills, including installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware.
Desirable Skills:
  • Networking/CCTV & bio-metric configuration knowledge.
