The Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our boutique team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the boutique runs smoothly and efficiently
- Recruit, train, and manage boutique staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
- Monitor and maintain the quality of spa services, ensuring they meet company standards
- Manage inventory of products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Create promotional plans and in-store events to attract and retain clients
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to attract and retain clients
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience as a manager or leader in a retail or spa environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and other relevant systems
- Product knowledge and understanding of luxury brands
