Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Agreement Manager to join our team at Kuok (Singapore) Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project agreements, ensuring that they meet the needs of the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contractual laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar contract management position. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential, and experience working in the shipping/marine industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project agreements to ensure they meet business needs
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Manage change requests and disputes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work with procurement and subcontracting teams to ensure key flow downs and critical terms are met

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

  • In-depth knowledge of contractual laws and regulations
