The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the success of our data management and survey operations. This position requires a skilled individual with excellent communication skills to collaborate closely with external stakeholders, troubleshoot queries, and track project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and processing manpower data with our external survey vendor.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving queries from social service agencies.
  • Tracking project timelines and ensuring materials and deliverables are well-organized and on schedule.
  • Liaising with multiple Social Service Agencies to deliver project reports and coordinate post-survey briefing sessions.
  • Assisting in communication efforts with SSAs.
  • Conducting landscape scans on SSAs, as well as sector and manpower trends.
  • Performing simple analysis on manpower data in the social service sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree holder with experience of at least 3 months and above.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-look Up, Pivot Table); knowledge of Tableau is an advantage.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Good communication skills and able to engage with external stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Motivated to learn, responsible, and has a positive working attitude.
