Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outreach Client Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to encourage online participation in surveys, reducing reliance on face-to-face interviews and optimizing survey response rates.

Responsibilities:
