Survey Operations Specialist

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Survey Operations Specialist.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist in the collection, processing, and analysis of manpower data from social service agencies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management principles and be proficient in using Microsoft Excel to perform complex calculations and data visualization.

You will work closely with external survey vendors to collect and process data, troubleshoot issues, and resolve queries from social service agencies.

This is a back-end, data-focused role that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and process manpower data from social service agencies
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve queries from social service agencies
  • Work closely with external survey vendors to ensure timely delivery of data
  • Perform data analysis and visualization using Microsoft Excel and Tableau
  • Liaise with multiple social service agencies to deliver project reports and coordinate post-survey briefing sessions
  • Assist in communication efforts with social service agencies
  • Conduct landscape scans on social service agencies, sector trends, and manpower data
Requirements
  • Degree holder with at least 3 months of experience in data management or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, pivot tables) and knowledge of Tableau is an advantage
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills and able to engage with external stakeholders
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines
  • Motivated to learn, responsible, and has a positive working attitude
