About This Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all manpower-related activities within the Group. Your primary focus will be on providing administrative support to the Group Commander, ensuring seamless operations across various schemes.

Main Responsibilities
• Serve as principal staff to the Group Commander on manpower and administration matters
• Oversee career and performance management for all regular servicemen
• Manage NSmen and NSF administration
• Handle corporate service administration
• Address regimentation and disciplinary matters
• Lead HR-related projects to improve relevant systems and processes

Key Challenges
• Developing in-depth understanding of all manpower policies, procedures, and processes across different schemes
• Prioritising resources to meet various demands without compromising manpower support
• Multi-tasking and managing HR-related improvement projects

Requirements
Education in Human Resource (HR) or Business Administration is essential. A minimum of six years of relevant working experience in HR is also required. Strong leadership, communication, planning, and management skills are necessary for success in this role.
