Job Title: Human Resources System Manager

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) seeks a seasoned HRIS professional to lead the administration and enhancement of our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, security, and functionality of HR data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform system administration and enhance core functionality of the HRIS.
  • Lead efforts to determine user requirements, propose designs, and test system solutions.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders to understand and address business needs.
  • Configure business processes in the applications based on business requirements.
  • Participate in application upgrade impact analysis and manage upgrades effectively.

Operational Support:

  • Provide comprehensive operational support for Workday, including event and incident management, troubleshooting, and break/fix scenarios.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in HR consultancy, HR technology, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge on HRIS systems, especially in Workday with strong functional and technical skills in Core HR, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management, and Time and Attendance.
  • Proven project management full life cycle experience would be an advantage.
  • Candidates with HR change management experience would be advantageous.
  • Possess good experience and exposure in client-facing and implementation roles.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
