Job Description:

The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration between business needs and industry best practices. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders, providing consultancy services, modeling current processes, and defining functionalities for new and existing solutions.

As the primary liaison between development teams and customer representatives, you will present tailored solutions to clients and collaborate on test plan design and execution. Additionally, you will provide support during system deployment phases, assist in the development and testing of innovative prototypes, and prepare detailed technical documentation and specifications.

  • Expertise in billing, invoicing, payments, logistics, and customer relations is essential, as is the ability to ensure solutions comply with relevant legislation and industry regulations.
  • Promote the use of intelligent transport systems for improved mobility services, and contribute to proposal development and procurement documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field, ideally within tolling, fleet management, or the transportation industry.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS).
  • Strong experience in business process modelling, excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, presentation skills, and experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business priorities, willingness to travel across ASEAN countries as needed.
