Job Description:

Our Air Procurement team is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead strategic partnerships with airlines and logistics service providers. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing LSPs (Logistics Service Providers) performance to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.

You will establish and maintain strategic partnerships with airlines and LSPs in order to obtain favorable rates with good service standards. This involves engaging airline carriers and logistics service providers throughout the procurement process, which includes RFQ bidding with airlines and LSPs to secure the best rates and space for cost efficiency.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop cost-effective air transport solutions to potential and existing clients, optimizing procurement processes that align with business goals. Execute air procurement strategies to maximize revenue through air transport solutions enhancement. Manage contract administrations including rate negotiations, service commitments, and setting performance metrics.

Stay up-to-date with the latest air transport logistics market trends and provide recommendations to management to optimize airfreight sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Business Management or related disciplines.

6 to 10 years of related working experience in 3PL / 4PL industry.

Well-versed in international air cargo regulations, including customs, security, and environmental standards.

Ability to work independently.
